Crypto projects from root to fruit: what does a Web 3.0 project need from the legal side

Advising crypto projects for more than 5 years has shown me that often they aren’t sure what will they need from a lawyer in the course of the development of their project. This is why I have decided to create a crash course in what a WEB 3.0 project (typically) needs from its inception to having a tradeable token.

Vlaho Hrdalo is an experienced executive who has been successfully running his law firm for over 10 years as well as an NGO of more than 300 members for the third consecutive term. In 2008 he graduated from University of Zagreb, Faculty of law obtaining the master of law degree. He is the President of Croatian Bar Association’s Legal tech working group. Vlaho Hrdalo has been a certified court interpreter of English for the past 10 years and the Chairman of Croatian Union for blockchain and cryptocurrencies ( He is currently finishing his PhD studies in company law and commercial law with the dissertation on smart contracts. He is a regular speaker at international conferences among which are the one organized by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Zagreb (May 2018), Blockchain Roundtable by the European Commission and the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies in Brussels (October 2018) and the Annual Meeting of the European bank for the reconstruction and development (EBRD) held in Sarajevo in May 2019, LegalTech conference (June 2019) as well as Fintech Inn (Vilnius, November 2019)
