Let’s find out in this Every Supermarket by Tindahan Xpress review.

What is Every Supermarket by Tindahan Xpress

Every Supermarket is a Tindahan Xpress supermarket brand. MP Sales, Inc. promotes and markets it. Raymond Pineda, also known as “Mon Pineda,” is the company’s founder and CEO.

It has two programs: partnership and franchising. But there aren’t enough details about the franchising yet. So, our discussion will focus on the partneship program.

The Partnerhsip Program

According to Every Supermarket, you can easily join their business by simply partnering with them to open a new branch. Profits are pro-rata shared, and you will receive dividends on time.

It claims that their partnership program is a safe, steady business platform that will give you passive income for a long time.

By investing 370,000 or 550,000 pesos (depending on the plan chosen), the applicant can expect a “conservative” annual return of 10% to 20%.

To entice clients to invest, it shows the progress of its Lipa City branch.

Is Every Supermarket Legit or Scam?

Every Supermarket is an investment scam. The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines says the firm isn’t authorized to solicit public investment. It is not authorized to sell securities.

The public is advised that such investment schemes are securities subject to regulation by this Commission. Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code prohibits the public offering and sale of securities without a permit or license.

Please be advised that EVERY SUPERMARKET is not registered with the Commission, whereas TINDAHAN XPRESS INC. was registered on 26 July 2019 under SEC Registration No. CS201912476 and MP.SALES INC. was registered on 25 March 2019 under SEC Registration No. CS201951292.

However, such registrations only provide corporations with legal personality and do not authorize them to issue, sell, or offer for sale securities to the public or engage in business activities that require a secondary license from the Commission.

The entities listed above are not permitted to solicit investments from the general public because they did not obtain prior registration and/or a license to solicit investments from the Commission as required by Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code.
