Maxxprofit’s website (maxxprofit.net) was registered on December 10th, 2020. Based on the information we gathered, this company was just recently launched.
Jonard Laurilla is the founder of Maxxprofit Computer Trading, who registered the business name with the DTI on the 18th of December last year. As of this writing, it has 21,972 members.

Maxxprofit Products and Services
Maxxprofit Computer Trading has no products or services for sale to the public. They just get your money and promised you to grow it for a 200% return in just 12 days.
Such a passive investment huh?
Members claim that the money was invested in direct selling companies, eCommerce, and forex and cryptocurrency trading. Unfortunately, we found no evidence of this claim.
Maxxprofit compensation plan is simple. If you invest Php500, you will get Php500 as your profit in 12 days. That’s a staggering 200% profit in 12 days. However, you can only invest in packages.
Investment packages are selling (Philippine Peso) at 500, 1,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, and 100,000. So, if you invest 100,000, in 12 days you will earn 100,000.00.
Also, the company grants a direct referral bonus of 50%. That means, you’ll get 50% of your direct referral as profit.
Likewise, a unilevel bonus of 1% is given up to the 10th level.
Is Maxxprofit Computer Trading a Scam?
No doubt. Maxxprofit Computer Trading is a scam.
The company has no available products or services. What are they selling? Where would they get the money for the promised returns?
Maxxprofit’s business looks like a pyramid scheme.
In a pyramid scheme, profits are made when you can recruit others. A portion of the payment goes to you while the rest goes to the people at the top.
The pyramid will certainly fall. We just don’t know when. Ultimately, the investors at the bottom will suffer the most.
Do not Invest in Maxxprofit Computer Trading; The SEC Says
According to the SEC, Maxxprofit Computer Trading is enticing the public to invest in their company. As such it must be registered first and should secure a license to sell these investment packages to the public.
However, the company has violated the above requirements. A portion of the advisory says:
“The records of the Commission show that MAXXPROFIT COMPUTER TRADING/MAXX PROFIT is not registered with the Commission either as a corporation nor as a partnership. Further, it is NOT AUTHORIZED to solicit investments from the public since it has not secured prior registration and/or license from the Commission as prescribed under Sections 8 and 28 of the SRC.”
Liability and Penalty for Promoting the Investment Scam
If you promote Maxxprofit Computer Trading, you will be held criminally liable. You’ll be fined and go to jail.
We believe Maxxprofit Computer Trading is a scam. It is a pyramid scheme. It’s an unregistered investment.
It has no products or services to sell. Its main source of profit is the entry of new members. This company will not last long. So, don’t waste your hard-earned money on this investment scam.
