If the company is on this list, there’s a big chance that it is a scam.

This post is a compilation of scammer company or companies in the Philippines with SEC fraud warnings. These companies operate either as a Ponzi scheme, pyramid scheme, or investment scam.

This list should alert you before investing your hard-earned to bogus entities. We have provided the reason why the company is a scam and put a link to the SEC advisory and reviews (if any).

DME Grains Ph and DME Good Grains OPC

The Commission was informed of the illegal investment activities of DME Grains Ph and DME Good Grains OPC operated by Matthew E. Enteria, aka Matt Enteria.

Scammer company DME Grains Ph and DME Good Grains OPC are enticing the public to invest their money in exchange for profits. Earn 3.5 percent per day up to ten days with Direct Referral Bonus and Indirect Referral Bonus for every Php1,000 entry/purchase.

FMD Logistics Trucking Corporation

FMD Logistics Trucking Corporation is a scam. The SEC has not granted it permission to solicit public investment. FMD Logistics Trucking Corporation is not registered with the Commission, but FMD Logistics International Corporation is, with Company Registration No. 2021010005900-01.

They both operate without the necessary licenses and authority to solicit, accept, or take public investments or placements, or to issue investment contracts and other securities defined in Section 3 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

The SEC warns the public not to invest in any unregistered investment-taking scheme offered by scammer company FMD Logistics Trucking Corporation, FMD Logistics International Corporation, or other unregistered entities.

SCET Colleens Corporation

The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines says scammer company SCET Colleens Corporation is seeking public investments without a license or approval.

Notably, the firm is neither permitted to seek or accept public investments/placements, nor is it authorized under the Securities Regulation Code to issue investment contracts (SRC).

Paramilitary or Pseudo-Law Enforcement Civic-Oriented Organizations-Associations

According to the SEC advisory, Many paramilitary/pseudo-law enforcement civic-oriented organizations and associations have sprung up in the Philippines without authority or deputation from the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, or Philippine Center on Transnational Crime-INTERPOL National Central Bureau Manila.

Based on the Department’s investigation, these persons or entities appear to be exploiting military affiliations/positions and appropriating military ranks to engage in activities or undertakings related to the PNP, AFP, INTERPOL, the United Nations (UN) and its affiliates.

It should be noted that some of these companies use their SEC registration as a non-stock company to legitimize their operations, while others are not registered at all.

No permission or power to conduct paramilitary operations is granted by the Commission’s Certificate of Registration as a company without prior approval from the relevant government bodies.

The Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines or the Commission cannot grant them these powers, nor can their paramilitary/law enforcement operations be considered incidental to or part of their stated powers as companies.

Filipino Family Club International

Scammer Filipino Family Club International is operated by the same people behind the Francis Leo Marcos Family Club Incoporated or FML Family.

The SEC says the company is operating illegal because it has not secured the necessary permit to conduct public solicitations.

Money Game Hub, MGH Trading OPC

Money Game Hub or MGH Trading OPC, is engaged in unauthorized investment-taking activities. It’s a pyramid scheme too.

The SEC claims the firm sells investment products. Registration and/or licensing are required by SRC Sections 8 and 28 for public sales of securities.

Philaz International Trade

PHILAZ INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO. LTD. is enticing the public to invest in said entity via social media platforms or their own independent websites.

Investors will purchase VIP plans in different packages. With various plans, investors can earn Php50.00 to Php3,600.00 daily or Php1,500.00 to Php108,000.00 monthly. An investor can also earn 12% recharge commission, 10% task commission, and 5% in-direct commission.

According to the SEC advisory, Philaz International Trade is not authorized to solicit investments from the public.

Every Supermarket

The Philippines’ Securities and Exchange Commission says the Every Supermarket isn’t allowed to solicit public funds. It isn’t allowed to sell securities because it isn’t licensed to do so.

Seafood Trade Asia

The Securities and Exchange Commission has received multiple reports alleging that Kyle Belo Chan’s companies, SEAFOOD TRADE ASIA, SHRIMP FARMING, SEAFOOD ASIA DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES, ONG SHRIMP FARMING, AQUA IMPORT EXPORT AND PROPERTIES HOLDINGS INC., are engaged in investment-taking operations.

The SEC informed the public that such investment schemes are securities subject to SEC regulation. The public offering and sale of securities without a permit or license is prohibited by Section 8.1 of the Securities Regulation Code.

SPAV Solutions, Emporia Institute

SPAV SOLUTIONS CORP, which is doing business under the name EMPORIA INSTITUTE, is headed by Mr. James Ryan A. Sumilang and Mr. Neilbert Abella as its Chairman & President and Vice-President respectively.

SPAV SOLUTIONS CORP., through its officers James Sumilang and Neilbert Abella, engaged in alleged foreign currency exchange trading and accepted investments from colleagues and acquaintances in various accounting firms.

Based on the information gathered by the SEC, SPAV SOLUTIONS CORP. appears to be engaging in unlicensed investment activities. Investors in SPAV SOLUTIONS CORP. were promised 3% of the total pool of managed funds, or an average of 30% for a three (3) month trading period.

Brio De Agoho Club Resort, Agoho Resort and Villas

In an advisory, BRIO DE AGOHO CLUB RESORT INC./BRIO DE AGOHO/AGOHO RESORT AND VILLAS INC. are found to be offering and selling club shares to the public without authority or license from the SEC.

The company is headed by President and Chairman of the Board, Ms. Maricel P. Valentin.

Brio De Agoho is selling club shares for Php975,000.00 via their “Lifetime Co-ownership Business Model” or “Fractional Ownership” and accepts payment via Post-Dated Cheques (PDC), Auto Debit, Online Banking (preferred receiving bank is Union Bank), Over-The-Counter, Paymaya/7-Eleven via Cliqq Payment, and Cash. The total share price is Php975,000.00 plus a processing fee of Php20,000.00.

Genius Trading Corporation

According to the SEC, GENIUS TRADING CORPORATION/GENIUS TRADING, operated by “GIO MARK CASTRO MEDALLA,” is soliciting investment from the public.

GENIUS TRADING is enticing the public to invest in their so-called “PROMO PLAN,” in which a P5,000.00 investment turns into a Php8,000.00 investment in just three days, yielding a 160 percent profit.

Scammer company Genius Trading Corporation/Genius Trading/GC8 is not listed as a corporation or partnership with the Commission. In addition, GENIUS TRADING CORPORATION is not authorized to use the words “Corporation”, “Incorporation”, “Corp.” and “Inc.” in its business name registration, nor can it solicit investments from the public, as it has not obtained prior registration and/or license to solicit investments from the Commission.

Rising Opportunity Internation Business or ROI Business Development Services

The SEC received information that individuals or groups representing scammer company RISING OPPORTUNITY INTERNATIONAL (ROI) BUSINESS/ROI BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES owned and operated by JAYSON REGAON NUEVAESPAÑA have been soliciting public investment.

It promises a return on investment of 120 percent-150 percent for 10, 15, 20 or 30 days depending on the plan selected (Starting Plan, Elite Trading System, Premium Dealer System, and Partnership Plan).

Scammer company ROI is not a corporation or a partnership registered with the Commission. It is not authorized to solicit public investment because it has not obtained prior registration and/or license from the Commission as required in Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code.

This scammer company is a Ponzi scheme.

Elite Alliance Vera Trade or EAV Trade

A group of individuals representing Elite Alliance Vera Trade or EAV Trade owned and operated by Eins Angelo Ruiz Valencia has been enticing the public to invest in the company.

Em-Power8 Beauty and Wellness Trading

Individuals or groups claiming to represent EM-POWER8 BEAUTY AND WELLNESS TRADING, led by BETTY F. QUILLING, are enticing the public to invest in the said entity, the SEC said according to its advisory.

EM-POWER8 BEAUTY AND WELLNESS TRADING is promising investors a return of 80% in 15 days with a minimum investment of Php100.

According to the Commission’s records, scammer company EM-POWER8 BEAUTY AND WELLNESS TRADING is neither a corporation nor a partnership. It is also NOT AUTHORIZED to solicit public investment as it has not obtained prior registration and/or license from the Commission as required by Sections 8 and 28 of the SRC.

247STOCKTRADEFX Ponzi Scheme

247STOCKTRADEFX with an HQ in Liverpool, Australia is soliciting investments in the Philippines WITHOUT THE REQUIRED LICENSE OR AUTHORITY FROM THE SEC through its supposed brokers, account managers, agents, and/or representatives who appear to be using fake identities.

In addition to huge bonuses, trading tools, and assistance to increase assured profit potential, 247STOCKTRADEFX even guarantees a pre-determined or passive pay-out which seems dubious and “too good to be true.”

247STOCKTRADEFX is NOT AUTHORIZED to solicit, accept or take public investments/placements or to issue investment contracts and other forms of securities defined under Section 3 of the SRC in the Philippines.

Asiaworks Digital Marketing Services Ponzi Scheme

Scammer company ASIAWORKS DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES under Ivan Henry Prieto Enrijo is enticing the public to invest in this entity by promising monetary rewards or profits according to the SEC.

The company is enticing the public to invest with a guaranteed 10% daily revenue in 30 days per subscription or triple your money after 30 days. The company is not registered and authorized by the SEC to issue investments to the public.

3X1 Marketing Services, Leovic 3X1 Wellness, and Beauty Center

3X1 MARKETING SERVICES/LEOVIC 3X1 WELLNESS AND BEAUTY CENTER, owned and operated by LEOVIC NACHOR MONTEMAYOR, are engaged in illegal investment activities. This is based on the information gathered by the SEC.

Scammer company 3X1 Marketing and its related entities enticing the public to invest their monies in exchange for a guaranteed 210% return in 35 days. Said companies are not registered with SEC neither they are authorized to solicit investments from the public.

Earn Cash Quarantine Lending Consultancy Services

According to the SEC, scammer company EARN CASH QUARANTINE LENDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES is inviting the public to invest Php2,000 and earn 40, 50, 100, or 300 percent of their investment in 12, 25, 30, or 75 days.

The said is soliciting investments illegally because it has no authority from the commission.

Lendvest International Ponzi Scheme

Scammer company LENDVEST attracts investors by offering investment packages ranging from Php1000.00 to Php1,000,000.00 with a one-year return of up to Php23,298,090.00.

LENDVEST is not a registered corporation or partnership with the Commission and is not authorized to offer, solicit, sell or distribute any investment/security to the public. Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code require that securities or investment products be registered with the SEC before being offered or sold to the public (SRC).

Cloud Network Marketing Ponzi Scheme

CLOUD NETWORK, CLOUD NETWORK MARKETING, WWW.CLOUDNETWORKMARKETING.COM, are enticing the public to invest in the said entity by promising a five percent (5%) daily payout for 44 days or two hundred twenty percent (220%) return of investment in 44 days. An investor can also profit by referring to other investors.

The scheme used by the above scammer company and platforms is illegal per SEC advisory.

Ching Empiretans, Ching Empire, E-Ambag and Geever

Illegal investment activities by scammer company CHING EMPIRETANS, CHING EMPIRE, E-AMBAG, and GEEVER were brought to the SEC’s attention.

AMBAG, E-AMBAG, and GEEVER appear to be promoting several investment schemes that promise lucrative returns which aren’t authorized by the commission. Ms. Analie Tuyor (Ericah Cassandrah Lee Ching) has used these platforms to entice people into investing their money in hopes of making big profits.

PetroMobil Corporation

The SEC has learned that individuals or groups representing PETROMOBIL CORPORATION are enticing the public to invest in said entity.

As per Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code, scammer company PETROMOBIL CORPORATION is not authorized to solicit investments from the public.

MDM Ventures Corporation Ponzi Scheme

According to the information gathered by the Commission, Massdrop Marketing and Franchising OPC, headed by EDGAR JOSEPH TAN, a.k.a. EJ TAN, is continuing its investment activities under the name MDM VENTURES CORPORATION, with RENATO A. SISMUNDO, JR., EDUARDO B. MALLARI, JR., and ROEL B. DUYA as its supposed incorporators/directors/stockholders.

MDM VENTURES CORPORATION entices the public to invest online or through the internet to become a member with a minimum investment of Php1,000.00 with a 20% return every month for three months, and on the third month, the member receives his P1,000 investment plus the 20% profit, for a total of 160 percent in three months, similar to scammer company Massdrop Marketing.

JC Pro-Global Trading Ponzi Scheme

According to numerous reports and information gathered by the Commission, the entity operating under the name JC PRO GLOBAL TRADING, led by JAMESKIE EARL CORNELIO, also known as Jaypee Halili, is engaged in investment-taking activities in the Philippines that are NOT AUTHORIZED by the Commission.

The SEC says the “System” of scammer company JC PRO GLOBAL TRADING appears to be designed to “take care of everything,” including trading, buying, and selling cryptocurrency, which provides daily income and a guaranteed profit of at least 200 percent in 20 days, or double-your-money in 20 days.

However, per SEC records, scammer company JC PRO GLOBAL TRADING is NOT LICENSED OR AUTHORIZED to solicit, accept or take public investments/placements, or to issue investment contracts and other securities as defined in Section 3 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

XUM Token or XUMCOIN

It has been reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission that individuals or groups of individuals representing XUM TOKEN, XUMCOIN, and UMC USDT bot (now, XUM/USDT/BOT) are encouraging the public to invest in a digital currency known as “United Masa Coin” (now referred to as “XUM”).

According to information gathered by the Commission, TBCMMP MASA MART INC., MASA MART BUSINESS CENTER OPC, MASA MART BUSINESS CENTER, and MASA MART ENTERPRISE OPC, collectively referred to as “MASA MART” or “MMBC,” are offering XUM token and XUM coin.

The SEC classified these coins as securities. Hence, scammer company Masa Mart must secure a license and permit to sell these to the public. To date, the company hasn’t secured any.

Let’s Raise Money- Jhen’s Credit Collection Services Ponzi Scheme

The SEC says JENNIFER D. PINGAD and other groups of individuals, are inviting the public to join LET’S RAISE MONEY – JHEN’S CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES and earn 25% interest within 7 days.

According to reports, LET’S RAISE MONEY – JHEN’S CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES is displaying its DTI Certification to entice investors.

The commission warned the public that scammer company LET’S RAISE MONEY – JHEN’S CREDIT COLLECTION SERVICES is not registered as a corporation or partnership with the Commission and is not authorized to sell securities or solicit investments from the public (SRC).

IQ Option Scam

Information gathered by the SEC revealed that IQ Option LCC is soliciting investments in the Philippines without the necessary license or authority from the commission.

With leverages ranging from 1:20 to 1:1000, IQ OPTION claims to be legally represented in the Philippines and allows Filipino users to earn money following local laws. IQ OPTION even allows the use of trading robots, specifically its IQ BOT, to make trading more efficient and automated.

Beyond the above red flags, it appears that scammer company LEARN AND EARN ONLINE is promoting IQ OPTION, which was the subject of an SEC ADVISORY dated 15 April 2021 for promoting dubious online trading platforms and openly soliciting investments in the Philippines without necessary registration or authorization.

Fast Swap Trading Solutions Ponzi Scheme

The information gathered by the SEC shows that Jhomarie Cruz Reyes’ scammer company FAST SWAP TRADING SOLUTIONS entices the public to invest a minimum of one hundred pesos (Php100.00) and promises a return of the principal plus 50% income in just 15 days.

In order to sell securities to the public, the concerned corporation and/or its agents must be registered and/or licensed pursuant to Section 8 of the SRC.

The SEC reminds the public that FAST SWAP TRADING SOLUTIONS is NOT a registered corporation or partnership with the Commission. Likewise, it is not authorized to solicit investments from the public because it has not obtained prior registration and/or license from the Commission as required by Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

Global Finance Technologies (GFT) Ponzi Scheme

According to the SEC, the scammer company Global Finance Technologies (GFT) solicits investments from the public illegally.

Per reports, CIPRIANO S. BAYADOG III’s scammer company Global Finance Technology/Global Finance Technologies (GFT) is enticing the public to invest their money in a so-called “Foreign Exchange Management Agreement” where CIPRIANO S. BAYADOG III, acting as a Fund Manager, will allegedly invest the money in Forex and promise investors quarterly returns of up to 50 percent. 

Global Finance Technology/Global Finance Technologies (GFT) is not registered with the Commission and is not authorized to sell securities or solicit investments from the public as required by Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

Togachat Academy Philippines and Eostre Berhard

The Securities and Exchange Commission discovered that scammer company TOGACHAT ACADEMY PHILIPPINES, INC. is still operating under a new company named EOSTRE BERHAD, despite the Commission issuing an Advisory, Cease and Desist Order, and Order of Revocation against it.

The new company introduced new products, such as the ostre Quantum Disc, Eostre Vitality Pendant, and Eostre Sanare Mattress, based on the information gathered and incorporated them into their marketing scheme to lend a semblance of legitimacy to its operations.

As previously stated, scammer company TOGACHAT ACADEMY PHILIPPINES, INC has been deregistered. It is not authorized to solicit public investment because it has not obtained prior registration and/or license from the Commission as required by Sections 8 and 28 of the SRC.

However, scammer company EOSTRE BERHAD is not a registered partnership or corporation with the Commission and is not authorized to solicit public investment.

Reposco Trading or Reposco.io Ponzi Scheme

The SEC has received reports that individuals or groups representing REPOSCO/REPOSCO TRADING LTD/REPOSCO, which is run by BENJAMIN MARI LIMJAP, are enticing the public to invest in said entity.

The scammer company REPOSCO / REPOSCO TRADING LTD /REPOSCO.IO’s scheme entails the offering and sale of securities in the form of investment contracts to the general public, with its investors requiring no effort other than to invest or place funds in its operation in order to profit.

Based on the SEC database, the said entity OPERATES WITHOUT THE NECESSARY LICENSE AND/OR AUTHORITY to solicit, accept, or take public investments/placements, nor to issue investment contracts and other forms of securities defined under Section 3 of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

Flint Philippines, Flint Technology Corporation

Jan Andre M. Mercado operates Flint. According to the SEC, the scammer company solicits investments from the public illegally.

A low-cost Philippine real estate crowdfunding platform, FLINT claims to be South East Asia’s largest business financing platform, powered by SeedIn Technology. Investors can buy a pre-funded or first-position investment share through Flint.

According to the Commission’s findings, FLINT offers a 12 percent annual return on investments as low as Php1,000.00.

The scammer company FLINT/FLINT PH/FLINT PHILIPPINES scheme entails the public offering and sale of securities in the form of investment contracts, with its investors requiring no effort other than to invest or place funds in its operation in order to profit.

Xian Coin Ponzi Scheme

Christian Albert Gaza a.k.a Xian Gaza, a noted scammer, and company are enticing the public to invest in a shitcoin called Xian Coin.

The sale of Xian Coin requires a secondary license and prior registration, according to the SEC. However, Xian Coin’s creators lack the necessary licenses and permits to offer an investment.

Hence, Xian Coin is a scam.

Francis Leo Marcos Family Club Incorporated Scammer Company

This scam company is falsely claiming to be registered as a corporation with the Commission and is soliciting donations from the public without any prior registration, license, and/or accreditation from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

This entity is headed by the scammer Francis Leo Marcos or Norman A. Mangusin. For more information about this scammer, the company read this SEC advisory.
